Lao Asean Leasing Public Company was established and received an official business license on February 12, 2015 with the following shareholders: B.P.E.D. Co., Ltd., Mr. Somsuk Phippachan and Okisaka Co., Ltd. The company then started operations under the management of the Bank of Lao PDR. On August 16, 2019, it was transformed into a public company with a registered capital of 24,120,000,000 kip

We have solved the financial problems of more than 10,000 customers who have used the service by facilitating access to funding for customers. The company is committed to continuously improving its services to become one of the largest credit leasing companies in Laos with managed branches in 14 provinces across Laos.

On 1 September 2021, in the Lao Securities Exchange, the Lao ASEAN Leasing Company has a market cap of 1.22 million kip. On 16 August 2022, we announced the payment of dividends totaling 570,027,606,419 kip, and the share price increased by 22.22%. After the Lao ASEAN Leasing Company announced the first dividend payment and announced the results of the second quarter were better than expected, the company’s share price increased by 400% within 2 months from 2,700 kip/share to 13,500 kip/share.

Our company clearly sees the importance in the development of personnel who are the main pillar of the nation, so on October 14, 2022, which coincides with the 28th anniversary celebration of National Teachers’ Day, 7 October, Lao ASEAN Leasing Company has given scholarships amounting to $12,000 to the students at the Banking Institution who have good academic results according to the standards of the Banking Institution’s curriculum. On 21 October 2022, we also gave a scholarship amounting to $3,000 to Soutsaka Institute of Technology in Phonpapao Village for students with good academic results to support the education system to be better and to be a part of helping to promote the development of education and the development of human resources.
